Deliverables: Deliverables as specified in the selected tier, in the Deliverables section.
Fees & Payment: Client agrees to pay $[AMOUNT] per the schedule: [e.g., One time, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually, 50% upfront, 50% on delivery, or other payment plan]. Renewal Payments after 14 days are subject to a [X]% late fee.

IP & License: Agency retains proprietary methodology, Client receives a non-exclusive or exclusive license to use deliverables internally or externally.
