- Translate company strategy into operational plans, OKRs and measurable outcomes.
- Design, implement and optimize core business processes across Product Delivery, Customer Success, Sales Operations and Support.
- Build and lead high-performance operations teams; hire, mentor and develop leaders.
- Oversee vendor relationships, procurement and third-party integrations to ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Drive operational KPIs (efficiency, SLAs, CSAT, NPS) and report performance to the executive team.
- Implement systems and automation (ERP/CRM/BI) to scale operations and improve decision-making.
- Ensure compliance, risk management and data-driven governance across operational functions.
- Partner with CEO, CFO, CTO and CAIO to align operations with product roadmaps, financial targets and technology initiatives.
