Refund and Returns Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital, consulting, and AI-driven services, all payments made to us are non-refundable once the project has started or access to deliverables has been granted.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  1. Duplicate Payment – If you were charged twice by mistake, we will process a refund for the duplicate charge.
  2. Service Not Rendered – If we are unable to initiate the agreed service due to reasons on our side, you may request a full refund.
  3. Technical Errors – If a payment processing error occurs due to our systems, the incorrect charge will be refunded.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Client delays, lack of communication, or failure to provide required materials.
  • Completed or partially completed work where time and resources have already been allocated.
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations (e.g., preference over design style, creative direction), unless the service delivered is clearly inconsistent with the agreed scope.
  • Third-party costs (e.g., ad spend, software subscriptions, hosting fees) as these are billed directly by third-party providers.

4. Project Cancellation

  • If a client wishes to cancel a project before work has started, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and consultation costs.
  • If the project has already begun, no refund will be issued.

5. Chargebacks

  • Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks through their bank or credit card provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of contract, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover funds and associated costs.
